Apple iPhone XR

The Apple iPhone XR, released on October 26, 2018, is a discontinued model and now available as a used kit phone in Pakistan. The PTA-approved price is Rs. 58,000, while the non-PTA price is Rs. 39,000.

Although the iPhone XR was a popular choice at launch, it may not be the best option in 2025:

1. Outdated performance: The A12 chip and 3GB RAM can struggle with modern apps and multitasking.

2. Limited software support: The iPhone XR will soon lose access to newer iOS updates, limiting compatibility with future apps and features.

For better alternatives in this price range, consider the iPhone 11 or iPhone SE (2nd Gen), which offer better performance, a newer chip, and ongoing software support. In the Android market, the Samsung Galaxy A51 or Google Pixel 4 would provide more value with modern specs.
