Every product is carefully tested and recorded on video at the time of packing before it is sent to the customer. Our goal is to deliver 100% genuine products with complete peace of mind.

If an issue arises, we carefully verify whether the problem occurred before delivery or after reaching the customer. Only genuine claims are accepted, as we prioritize both customer trust and product authenticity.

Important Points to Remember

  1. Report Immediately: Any physical damage or issue must be reported on the same day of delivery with proof (photos or videos).
  2. Video Proof: We record every product while packing and dispatching. This helps resolve disputes fairly.
  3. Same Model Replacement: Replacements are only possible for the same model with identical specifications. Exchange for a different product is not allowed.
  4. Shipping Charges: If the wrong product is ordered by the customer, or if they request a return after receiving the correct item, two-way shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  5. No Change of Mind: Products cannot be replaced if you simply don’t like them or want to upgrade, as we do not deal in used items.
  6. Sealed Products: Brand-sealed items (e.g., Apple MacBooks, Microsoft Surface, etc.) cannot be replaced or returned once sold.
  7. 2-Day Reporting for Body/Screen Issues: Any issues related to body condition or screen must be reported within 2 days of purchase.

Warranty Policy

  • 1-Year Official Brand Warranty: All products we sell include one-year brand warranty, valid as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
  • Local Warranty: If a product comes with a local warranty, customers can directly claim it from the brand’s authorized service center. Always keep your warranty card and invoice safe.
  • International Warranty: For internationally warranted products, claims must be made according to the respective brand’s global policy. Hafeez Centre is not responsible for international warranty claims.
  • Verification: Warranty coverage may appear shorter online due to transit or shipping time. This does not affect the product’s authenticity.
