At HafeezCentre.pk, we aim to deliver 100% original and sealed mobile phones to our customers. Please read our return & exchange policy carefully before placing your order:

When Can You Return a Mobile?

  1. Wrong Product Delivered
    • If you received a different mobile model, color, or storage than what you ordered, you can request a return/exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Damaged on Delivery
    • If the phone or box is physically damaged on arrival, please share pictures/videos at the time of delivery. We will review and replace/return accordingly.
  3. Box Must Be Sealed
    • Returns are only accepted if the mobile box is unopened and factory-sealed (unless the product was delivered wrong or damaged).

When Return/Refund Is Not Possible

  • If the mobile box is opened, activated, or used, it cannot be returned.
  • If you simply change your mind after delivery, return is not allowed.
  • Accessories, handsfree, chargers, or gifts included with mobiles are non-returnable once opened.

Deductions in Case of Open Box Returns

In special cases (if approved by our team):

  • If the mobile box is opened but not activated, a 10–15% deduction of the product price will be applied as restocking fee.
  • If the mobile is used or activated, no return/refund will be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only possible if you received the wrong product.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Notes

  • Always record unboxing video when you receive your mobile for proof.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • HafeezCentre.pk reserves the right to reject a return request if it does not meet the above conditions.
