2. Products & Pricing

  • We strive to ensure that product details and prices are correct. However, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct them before processing an order.
  • All products are 100% genuine and PTA-approved, with brand warranty where applicable.
  • Company-sealed products (e.g., Apple, Microsoft, etc.) cannot be returned once sold.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed after confirmation.
  • Full payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted, depending on the selected method at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or incomplete orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours.
  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
  • Flat shipping charges of PKR 300 apply nationwide.
  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility, but we will keep customers updated.

5. Replacement & Warranty

  • Replacement is only possible for the same model with the same specifications in case of genuine issues.
  • Warranty is strictly as per the official brand’s warranty policy (1-year brand warranty).
  • Body/screen issues must be reported within 2 days of purchase.
  • No replacements for change of mind or wrong orders placed by customers.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, misuse of products, or damages caused after delivery.
  • Warranty and after-sales service are handled according to manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

7. Privacy & Security

  • Customer data is protected as per our [Privacy Policy].
  • We do not sell or misuse customer information.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore.
